NECPWA York in association with Thwaite Mills is holding a Historic Vehicle Gathering, which is open to members and non-members; entry is limited to vehicles over 20 years old.
Thwaite Mills is situated in Stourton, Leeds.
It is a disused putty manufacturing plant, that sports two working water wheels, a working steam crane, and a machine shop driven from the water wheels.
This is an informal rally and vehicles will be parked in the grounds of the Mill. Access is through a pedestrian area of the Mill, which means that vehicles must be in place by 11.00am and remain in place until 3.30pm. Entry to the rally and Museum is free for entrants.
Leeds Classic Bus Runday will be operating and there will be free (donations welcome) circular tours of Leeds, calling at various stops including Middleton Railway and Armley Mills Museum.
